My journey into the world began right where I was born, El Camino Hospital in Mountain View. I grew up and attended Monta Vista High School in Cupertino, a local community close to my heart.

My passion for medicine was kindled at UC San Diego, where I immersed myself in the fascinating intricacies of biology. A pivotal moment in my journey came during my volunteer work aboard the US Naval Ship Mercy in Cambodia and Vietnam. The transformative impact of medical care in underserved communities ignited my deep-seated passion for the field.

In the heart of Silicon Valley, I ventured into the field of biotechnology, where I had the privilege of working with cutting-edge genomic sequencing technologies. This biotech start-up was later acquired by Roche, marking a significant milestone in my career.

To pursue my lifelong dream of becoming a urologist, I journeyed to Michigan and earned my medical degree at Oakland University William Beaumont. This achievement was a defining moment in my educational path.

My clinical practice at UC Davis Health provided the opportunity to refine my surgical skills while caring for a diverse range of urological cases, from trauma to cancer care. It was during this time that I provided unwavering support to my parents through their own cancer treatments, strengthening my commitment to empathetic and high-quality care.
